SOP to obtain blood from healthy donors

1. An MD must obtain informed consent
2. The ID of the blood donor is documented in the respecitve books in house 32 and B9
3. Obtain blood
4. Document adverse events
5. Store all study documentation in the respective folders at house 32 and B9
6. Store the adverse event documentation at the indicated location
7. Inform Dr. Boch or Dr. Ludwig of the donation
8. Thank the blood donor & give "Stadtbäcker" voucher 

Required forms:

• Information and Consent Forms - note 2x signature required
• Adverse Event Documentation
